Engr. Muhammad Shamsul Islam was born in 1976 in a well reputed Muslim family at Laxmipur Sadar, Laxmipur, Bangladesh. He graduated from Bangladesh University of Engineering & Technology (BUET) in Civil Engineering in 2001.

On 2007 he co-founded Dominage Steel Buildings Systems (Pvt.) Ltd.He is also Managing Director of “Dominage Consultants Ltd.” and Director of Dominage Developments & Holdings Ltd.

Engr. Muhammad Shamsul Islam is reputed for his vast knowledge and expertise associated with interior decoration and construction management and quality control of both RCC & Steel structure buildings in Bangladesh & abroad.

Engr. Mohammad Rafiqul Islam was born in 1977 in a well reputed Muslim family at Fulgazi, Feni, Bangladesh. He graduated from Bangladesh University of Engineering & Technology (BUET) in Civil Engineering in 2001 and completed MBA in Finance from Institute of Business Administration (IBA), University of Dhaka in 2004.

On 2007 he co-founded “Dominage Steel Buildings Systems (Pvt.) Ltd.” which emerged as one of the trusted pre-fabricated steel manufacturer at Bangladesh. He also Chairman of Dominage Consultant Ltd.and Director of Dominage Developments & Holdings Ltd.

Engr. Mohammad Rafiqul Islam is reputed for his business operational knowledge and technical expertise associated with design & construction of both RCC & Steel structure buildings. He is a member of IBA Alumni Club Ltd.

Mr. Sujit Saha was born in 1970 in a well reputed Hindu family at Kishorganj, Bangladesh. He graduated from Jgannath University in 2001.

He became Director of DSBSL on 2017. Mr. Sujit Saha is also Chairman of Fine Foods Ltd. He has vast experience in finance and stock market as well as business operation.

Mr. Abul Kalam Bhuiyan was born in 1956 in a well reputed Muslim business family at Birinchi, Feni, Bangladesh. He graduated from Jagannath University in Political Science in 1978.

He became the Director of DSBSL in 2018. He is also the Chairman of Nassa Design and Development Ltd and the Managing Director of Nasim International Ltd.

Mr. Abul Kalam Bhuiyan has vast knowledge and expertise in production planning and control. He is also a veteran in customs and taxes law. He is associated with many charitable organizations including Anjuman Mufidul Islam. He is a lifetime member of Chittagong Club Ltd.

Mr. Rakibul Islam was born in 1985 in a well reputed Muslim family at Laxmipur Sadar, Laxmipur, Bangladesh. He graduated from Jahangir University in Accounting in 2008.

He became shareholder Director of DSBSL on 2018. He has sound expertise on compliance issues.

Mr. Tapan Chandra Banik was born in 1959 in a well reputed Hindu family at Kishorgonj Sadar, Kishorgonj, Bangladesh. He graduated from Chittagong University in Bachelor of Arts (BA) in 1980 and completed Masters of Arts (MA) in Economics from Chittagong University in 1981.

He became Independent Director of DSBSL on September 2019. Mr. Tapan Chandra Banik also served as Additional Secretary of Ministry of Public Administration Govt. of Bangladesh. He has vast experience in administration and Management.

Mr. Md. Mizanur Rahman, Independent Director of Dominage Steel Building Systems Ltd. was born in 1967 in a respectable Muslim family. He graduated in MBA in Marketing & Finance and achieved Doctor of Philosophy in Foreign Direct Investment in Bangladesh trend and Performance from Dhaka University.

Md. Mizanur Rahman has rendered valuable professional service as Professor and Chairperson to various reputed Institute in Bangladesh. He became Independent Director of Dominage Steel Building Systems Ltd. in the year 2020.
